YourCrush is exclusively intended for adult users. You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register an account, chat with characters, or use our Bot Studio. Accounts discovered to be operated by minors are banned immediately, and associated data is purged in accordance with child protection standards.
2. Prohibited Content Categories
The following categories of content are strictly prohibited across character avatars, greetings, system prompts, lore descriptions, and user inputs:
- Depiction of Real Living Persons: You may not create characters that represent real living private individuals without their express written authorization. This includes classmates, coworkers, acquaintances, and celebrities whose likeness is exploited non-consensually.
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) & Exploitation: Zero tolerance. Any depiction, generation, or mention involving minors in sexualized, abusive, or exploitative contexts triggers immediate permanent banning and law enforcement reporting where required.
- Promotion of Self-Harm and Violence: Characters or prompts that encourage suicide, self-injury, eating disorders, or acts of terrorism and physical violence against others are strictly blocked.
- Hate Speech & Harassment: Content promoting discrimination, dehumanization, or hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, or gender identity is forbidden.
- Doxxing & Personally Identifiable Information: Publishing real phone numbers, physical addresses, private emails, or banking data of any person is prohibited.
3. Character Avatar and Visual Standards
Avatars and image assets uploaded to public character profiles must adhere to copyright standards. Do not upload copyrighted artwork without permission from the copyright owner. If you believe your copyrighted work was uploaded without consent, visit our DMCA Takedown Procedure.
4. Enforcement and Appeals
Our Trust & Safety team employs automated keyword heuristics, computer vision classifiers, and human review queues to enforce platform safety.
